HEALTH RECORDS:
Please be aware that all incoming freshmen will need a current 9th grade physical exam and complete, up-to-date immunization record. A dental exam is also required. You may turn these in to the school nurse. Your child will not be given a class schedule without this health information. There are no exceptions. A sport physical will not be accepted in place of a Certificate of Child Examination for school entry. More information will be forthcoming.
