Involvement and Engagement in your student's school is key to a successful school year! Please plan ahead and mark these parent meetings and events in your calendar.  This is your opportunity as a parent to have a voice and be involved in your student's school. We hope to see you there!

Monday, September 16th – Shepard High School’s 1st Annual Parent Advisory Council (PAC) Meeting of the 2019-2020 school year will be held at 6:30 p.m. (60-90 minutes long) in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR). This meeting is an opportunity for parents to represent the community their student lives in and have their voice heard. Please R.S.V.P to your parent liaison, Kim Burke at Kim.Burke@chsd218.org if you are interested in attending. A light refreshment and water will be served.

 

Monday, September 23rd – District 218’s 1st District-Wide Educational Advisory Council (DWEAC) Meeting of the 2019-2020 school year will be held at 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in the Academy at the administration Building in Oak Lawn at 10701 S. Kilpatrick. This meeting is an opportunity for parents to represent the community their student lives in and have their voice heard at a district level. Administrators are looking for parent/guardian insight and discussion, on a variety of subjects, in order to continue to improve our schools and district. Please R.S.V.P to your parent liaison, Kim Burke at Kim.Burke@chsd218.org if you are interested in attending. A light refreshment and water/soda will be served.
