#449 CAD III- Principles of Engineering
This is an advanced course in the field of Computer Aided Engineering Graphics CAD (Computer-Aided Design). Course activities provide students with opportunities to study a variety of areas such as drafting standards and techniques, engineering drawings, 3D model design, materials and rendering and animation. Most drawings will be done on a computer using Autodesk software which can help lead to industry certification. Enrollment and earning a grade of "C" in #449 CAD III will earn students 3 credit hour for course MDT-145 and 3 credit hours for course MDT-160 at Moraine Valley Community College.
