Overview

SPECTRA is an a capella pop music group focused on community engagement and competitive performance. SPECTRA is open to all students, regardless of if you're enrolled in choir as a class. Students are expected to have excellent work ethic, and be able to prepare their own music for rehearsals. This group enjoys traveling to singing competitions and festivals to represent Alan B Shepard and the choir department.

SPECTRA rehearses Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the entire school year with a competitive season in the Winter.

 

Auditions for the 2026-2027 school year will take place in May 2026, by individual sign up.
