Erin’s Law (House Bill 6193) was signed into law on January 24, 2013. This law requires schools to provide age-appropriate sexual abuse and assault awareness and prevention instruction for students in grades Pre-K through 12.
Community High School District 218 has carefully researched best practices and programs to meet this mandate. We are pleased to share that Tom Kress will be presenting the Your POWER Project to students at Shepard High School on March 5, 2026 and March 13, 2026.
