Our annual Parent-Teacher Conference event will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Students will be dismissed after PreACT testing. The schedule for parent-teacher conferences is as follows:
Session 1: 1:00pm - 3:00pm in-person
(No appointment necessary. Use Door 1 or Door 5 to enter)
Session 2: 6:00pm - 8:00pm via Zoom
(Appointment is required and scheduled in advance)
Families will use Skyward to schedule an 8 minute conference for each teacher with whom they would like to meet. We ask that all families limit their conversation with each teacher to 8 minutes in order to accommodate as many families as possible. In addition to being able to schedule a conference with a student’s teacher, families can also schedule a conference with their student’s counselor, social worker, school psychologist and/or the school nurse.
The Skyward conference scheduler will open on Monday, September 29th and will close on Wednesday, October 8th. Conferences will be scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis. Once the scheduling window opens, please use the instructions provided here to schedule a conference. There are additional instructions on how to access your scheduled conference. Families will not be able to schedule conferences for session two outside of this scheduling window.
