Hi, thank you for checking out my teacher webpage!
I am the teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) program here at Shepard. I started here with the founding of the DHH program in the 2021-2022 school year, making this my second year here.
I have a self-contained classroom, where I teach all the core academic classes to our DHH students which include English, Math, Science, Social Studies, and a few others. I teach using a combination of American Sign Language and spoken English.
You might also see me around supporting the ASL (American Sign Language) club. If you have any questions or want to stop by and see what were doing, come to room A128!
